Market Hotel not shut down – Despite Friday’s show of NYPD at ToddP-favored venue Market Hotel, the venue was not actually shut down (see Gothamist). That didn’t stop the show on Friday from being cancelled, leaving Mississippi’s Bass Drum of Death among others out of a gig.
