Tomorrow night (MONDAY), DJs Lupe Loop & Captain Heartlock will debut at Rivington St’s St Jerome bar for an evening of psych/soul/greatness on vinyl. It’s 10PM-4AM, FREE and offers $2 bud (until midnite).

Tuesday night we have quite the reunion as VCR reappear at Cake Shop backed by Drug Wars and Liquor Store. That’s a hell of a lot of party for midweek. Can you handle it after LFD’s swan song on Saturday? Do you have health insurance?

Wednesday night yet another great offering– Georgiana Starlington begins a new monthly residency at Williamsburg’s Bruar Falls with the legendary Gaye Blades, who have (to our knowledge) NEVER played in New York before. Featuring Jared of Black Lips, we sure hope to hear something from the Jenkem EP on Killer Diller. Also featuring Charles DJing, it’s a sure bet. But whatever you do, don’t fall for Bruar Falls’ own website that lists the show as FRIDAY. It’s definitely WEDNESDAY.
