Whoops! We done got too caught up in record buyin’ to let y’all know about the haps today, tomorrow and Tuesday.

TONIGHT:

Going on right now is the One Chord Progression tumblr/blog launch party at Abilene on Court Street.  DJs Tony LoFi, Anna Anabolic, Harry Howes (of Last Laugh/Almost Ready records) Mr Lee and DJ C’mon are throwing down til 11 or so. FREE

At 8, it’s the debut performance of Norton recording star T Valentine at the doomed Lakeside Lounge.  Valentine gallivated about the Record Riot today and this is your first chance to hear him throw out ‘Lucille Are You A Lesbian’ among other ghoulishly bizzare hits.  He’s backed by Daddy Long Legs and this one is yours for the price of $7.

Over at Union Pool you’ll find Andy Maltz and or Dave the Spazz spinning as always. FREE

Our forgetful blonde troll Drew Redmond spins more worth-killing-a-dj-for 45s at Macri Park. FREE

TUESDAY:

T Valentine joins the ghost of Sid Caesar at the Friars Club at 57 E. 55th Street for his second and final performance of the week.  He’s backed once again by Daddy Long Legs. RSVP is required for this normally members-only locale; we’re not finding the Facebook event so not sure what’s going on, but be on the lookout for a place to sign your John Hancock. $?

Back in Brooklyn, Hot Dog 2-for-Tuesdays rolls into another week at Bar Matchless with 2 great DJs, 2 for 1 drinks and questionable morality. FREE
